Please help with a doctoral dissertation study

ATTENTION OTs and OTAs in TX, NM, AZ, NV, and CA - I need your help with my doctoral dissertation Hello. My name is James Carroll. I am a graduate student under the direction of Professor Damond. I am in the College of Doctoral Studies at Grand Canyon University. I am conducting a research study with occupational therapy staff. I am studying the perception of the leadership attributes of OT leaders. This is done using an online survey. INCLUSION- I am recruiting individuals that meet these criteria: · You are an occupational therapy practitioner. · You are supervised by another occupational therapy practitioner. · You work in New Mexico, Texas, Arizona, Nevada, and California. · Willing to answer demographic questions about your supervisor. · Willing to rate the leadership traits of your supervisor. The ACTIVITIES for this research project will include: § Complete a demographic survey about your supervisor. (3-5 minutes). § Complete the Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire. (30-45 minutes). Your participation in this study is voluntary. You will be able to enter to win 1 of 2 $50 E-Gift Cards for Amazon. This will be done by sending an email to the student researcher. You can enter after completing the survey. All data in this study will be protected. Electronic data will be kept on the student's laptop. The computer is password and biometric protected. This data includes the completed surveys. Any paper copies will be stored in a safe.
